Premiere Requirements:
Regional Premiere
- Eligible categories: Documentary, Feature Film (over 40 minutes)
- Short Film (under 40 minutes).
- International films must not have been exhibited publicly before June 1 nor previously submitted to the festival in any completion stage.
- Feature films require minimum regional premiere status, meaning no prior public screenings, including broadcasts, local festivals, or cast/crew screenings.
- Short films receive priority if not yet screened or available online.
- Non-English language films must have English subtitles.
- Filmmakers must secure all applicable licenses and waivers for copyrights, moral rights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.
