Premiere Requirements:
National Premiere
- Short films must not exceed 30 minutes in length, including credits
- Eligible works include fiction, documentary, animation, experimental, and videoclips produced after January 1
- Films must present Colombia premiere status, with no prior public screenings in Colombia
- Short films published on the internet are ineligible, except videoclips
- Dialogue in languages other than English or Spanish requires subtitles in English or Spanish for preview copies
- Physical screening copies or online screeners beyond specified submission processes are not accepted
- Previous festival submissions are ineligible
