Oscar Qualifying Short Film Festival in Finland
Internationally recognized short film festival in Finland presenting competitive programs for short films. Academy Awards and BAFTA qualification applies to designated short film awards.
Premiere Requirements:
No Restriction
- Eligible films are short films of all genres in maximum 30 minutes runtime including credits.
- Films must be completed productions.
- Working copies accepted only if pre-agreed with festival.
- Films may be submitted only once. No premiere required.
- Accepted screening formats: DCP or digital file (Apple ProRes 422 or H.264).
- Screening copy must be viewable throughout in both Finnish and English via dialogue and/or subtitles.
- Submitter assumes responsibility for all copyrights and commits to screening if selected, with acceptance by filmmaker.
